Reality Cheque is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Recruiter to support and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple departments and remote positions.

🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
🔹 Recruit candidates across marketing, sales, operations, and management roles
🔹 Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
🔹 Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking channels
🔹 Coordinate interviews and candidate communication
🔹 Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
🔹 Ensure smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
🔹 Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring records, and reporting
🔹 Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
🔹 Conduct initial candidate assessments and evaluations
🔹 Support onboarding coordination and hiring documentation
🔹 Manage multiple vacancies and hiring priorities efficiently
