🧾 Role Overview:
IKS Health is conducting a mega walk-in drive for freshers in Clinical Documentation Management (CDM). This is a great opportunity for B.Pharm and Life Science graduates to start a career in healthcare data management and clinical documentation.

🛠️ Key Skills:
✔ Basic understanding of clinical data and healthcare documentation 
✔ Attention to detail and data accuracy 
✔ Ability to manage and process patient data 
✔ Good communication skills 
✔ Willingness to work in rotational shifts 

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review and process raw patient data 
✔ Segregate clinical and non-clinical information 
✔ Maintain accurate healthcare documentation 
✔ Ensure data quality and confidentiality 
✔ Support healthcare data processing activities 

🎓 Required Qualifications:
✔ B.Pharm & Life Science Graduates 
✔ Freshers only 
✔ Candidates from Maharashtra only 
✔ Not eligible: Diploma, Master’s, Pharm.D, or pursuing candidates 

💰 Salary & Benefits:
✔ ₹2.23 LPA Fixed + Incentives
