🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture and development of integration-first platform
• Build integration layers (APIs, webhooks, polling systems)
• Design evidence normalization and AI agent orchestration layers
• Develop scalable patterns for multiple connectors
• Ensure real-time / near real-time monitoring systems
• Drive backend workflows (risk, controls, evidence, tasks)
• Collaborate with product/design teams for UI systems
• Mentor and guide engineering teams

🎯 Requirements:
✔ 8+ years full stack development experience
✔ Experience with integration-heavy platforms (SaaS / Security / FinTech)
✔ Strong in REST APIs, Webhooks, Event-driven architecture
✔ Cloud integrations (AWS / Azure / GCP)
✔ Identity systems (OAuth, SAML, Okta, Azure AD)
✔ Backend and data pipeline architecture
✔ Hands-on with Python / Node.js
✔ Cloud-native architecture expertise

🤖 AI / Agent Experience:
✔ Experience with LLMs (OpenAI / AWS Bedrock)
✔ Knowledge of RAG pipelines and AI workflows
✔ Experience with LangChain / LangGraph
✔ Ability to design multi-agent systems
