• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Ensure timely feedback collection and communication
🔹 Candidate Relationship Management
• Maintain continuous engagement with candidates
• Address candidate queries professionally
• Deliver a positive candidate experience
• Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities
🔹 Recruitment Operations
• Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
• Generate hiring reports and recruitment metrics
