The HR Recruiter will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment coordination. The role requires leveraging sourcing platforms such as Naukri to identify quality candidates while maintaining recruitment databases and MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers to ensure timely closure of open positions.
