📋 Detailed Job Description

The International Service Desk L1 Support Engineer will be responsible for providing first-level technical assistance to global customers and retail IT users. The role involves handling technical incidents, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring timely resolution of support requests.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional support services.
