• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration
• Experience in testing, deployment, and user training
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in remote and distributed project environments

• Lead Oracle Fusion HCM functional implementations and support activities
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

• Implement and support Benefits, Absence Management, and OTL modules
• Conduct system configuration, testing, and validation activities
• Prepare functional design documents and implementation artifacts
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution
• Deliver user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities
• Provide post-implementation support and system optimization recommendations
• Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and project standards
