🎓 Educational Qualification:
• Master’s in Science / Technology / Pharma

🔬 Job Purpose Summary:
• Purification and HPLC analytical method development of recombinant products

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Development, verification, and validation of analytical methods involving spectrophotometric, HPLC, and biochemical methods
• Purification of recombinant products using chromatography techniques such as IEX, IMAC, and preparative HPLC
• Purification of biomolecules using ultrafiltration and diafiltration techniques
• Analysis of in-process samples and finished products
• Data management, report preparation, presentation, and laboratory notebook maintenance
• Participate in cross-functional activities such as analytical method transfer and technology transfer of developed processes

🛠 Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in HPLC analytical method development
• Experience in downstream and analytical division operations
• Knowledge of chromatography purification techniques
• Understanding of biochemical and spectrophotometric analytical methods
• Experience in recombinant product purification
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional R&D environments
