🔧 Key Responsibilities
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✔ Assist in systematic literature reviews, indirect treatment comparisons, and landscape assessments
✔ Develop research protocols and define PICOS inclusion/exclusion criteria
✔ Conduct abstract and full-text screening using DistillerSR
✔ Perform data abstraction, validation, and quality/risk of bias assessments
✔ Create PRISMA flow diagrams and support manuscript, abstract, and poster development
✔ Participate in client meetings and support training of peers on research tools
✔ Contribute to best practices and SOP development
✔ Support evidence synthesis and healthcare research initiatives
✔ Perform all other duties as assigned

🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✅ B.Sc or equivalent in Biology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Epidemiology, or related Medical Field
✅ Minimum 1.5 years of experience in systematic or structured literature reviews
✅ Strong technical competency in EndNote and DistillerSR
✅ Experience in developing research protocols
✅ Knowledge of PICOS framework and inclusion/exclusion criteria development
✅ Experience creating PRISMA flow diagrams
✅ Understanding of quality assessment and risk of bias methodologies
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
