🧾 Role Overview:
The selected candidates will work on synthesis and pharmaceutical R&D activities involving chemical reactions, analytical interpretation, purification processes, laboratory documentation, and research operations. This role provides strong exposure to advanced pharmaceutical synthesis projects and modern laboratory technologies.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Execute chemical reactions on mg to gm scale for synthesis of molecules and compounds 
• Follow client specifications using efficient synthetic routes and laboratory techniques 
• Maintain laboratory safety standards and good laboratory practices (GLP) 
• Record experimental data with integrity while maintaining IP specifications 
• Perform purification and interpretation of compounds using analytical techniques such as NMR and LCMS 
• Handle automated synthesizers and purification systems 
• Maintain Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) documentation effectively 
• Support synthesis and medicinal chemistry R&D activities 
• Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and research procedures 

🛠 Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Organic Chemistry and Medicinal Chemistry 
• Experience in synthesis and pharmaceutical R&D activities 
• Expertise in chemical reaction execution and purification techniques 
• Knowledge of NMR and LCMS analytical techniques 
• Experience with automated synthesizers and purification systems 
• Laboratory documentation and Electronic Lab Notebook management 
• Understanding of laboratory safety standards and GLP practices 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 

🎓 Required Qualifications:
• M.Sc in Organic Chemistry 
• M.Sc in Medicinal Chemistry 

🎯 Preferred Requirements:
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in synthesis and R&D activities 
• Experience in pharmaceutical or CRO research environments 
• Candidates with strong synthesis R&D exposure will be preferred
