🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs for enterprise applications
• Work on backend architecture, scalability, and performance optimization
• Ensure application security, maintainability, and reliability
• Handle troubleshooting, debugging, and production support activities
• Work with messaging systems, queues, and WebSockets
• Collaborate with teams on deployment and CI/CD practices
• Support applications across on-premise and cloud environments

🛠 Required Skills:
• 7+ years of experience in Java backend development
• Strong expertise in Java
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot
• Strong expertise in SQL / Relational Databases
• Strong experience building RESTful APIs
• Experience with Messaging Systems / Queues
• Experience with WebSockets
• Mandatory experience in Capital Markets domain
• Strong understanding of Backend Architecture
• Scalability, Security, and Performance Optimization expertise
• Strong understanding of Maintainability best practices
• Experience working in On-premise environments
• Experience working in Cloud environments
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
