• Manage TeamTrack tickets for issue resolution
• Perform rebate calculations using internal tools
• Prepare and deliver payment reports
• Identify discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
• Support formulary review processes
• Maintain SOP-based documentation and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
