✔ Enterprise Storage and interoperability testing experience
✔ Fibre Channel (FC) Protocol knowledge
✔ SAN Switch, Storage, and Server configuration experience

✔ Fibre Channel Trace Collection & Analysis
✔ Understanding of NVMe over TCP and TCP/IP networking concepts
✔ Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities
✔ Experience working with multiple operating systems
✔ Software systems design tools and engineering methodologies
✔ Multi-platform administration experience
✔ Software testing methodologies, test planning, debugging, and automation
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop deep insight into system logs from SAN components and identify root causes of complex issues.
✅ Build a thorough understanding of Fibre Channel (FC) protocols and transactions.
✅ Analyze architecture-level interactions between Storage Area Network (SAN) hardware and software components.
✅ Handle customer escalations and lead issue reproduction, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.
✅ Perform SAN log analysis, Fibre Channel trace collection, and issue diagnostics.
✅ Represent the Software Systems Engineering team throughout complex development projects.
✅ Collaborate with engineering, development, and product teams to resolve technical challenges.
✅ Mentor and guide junior engineers and less experienced team members.
✅ Participate in design reviews, requirement analysis, and release readiness evaluations.
✅ Create technical documentation, engineering validation reports, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
✅ Maintain structured defect documentation and provide risk assessments to leadership teams.
