🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Support study startup activities and documentation readiness 
✔ Monitor enrollment, data quality, and trial performance 
✔ Manage operational risks and quality activities 
✔ Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and clinical sites 
✔ Maintain CTMS, eTMF, and EDC systems 
✔ Ensure audit readiness and compliance documentation 
✔ Support process improvement and CAPA implementation 

🎓 Required Qualifications:
✔ B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D 
✔ B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences / Clinical Research) 
✔ 1–3 years experience in clinical trials, CRO, or pharma industry
