🎯 About The Opportunity
Accio Robotics is building a small, highly focused AI research team that will work directly with leadership to benchmark, evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy cutting-edge open-source AI models across multiple modalities.
The team's work will directly influence how intelligent systems are integrated into robotics, warehouse automation, internal AI agents, operational efficiency, robot uptime, and customer experiences.

🎯 Role Summary
As part of the AI Research Team, you will research, benchmark, evaluate, optimize, and deploy state-of-the-art open-source models including Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision-Language-Action Models (VLAs), Robotics Foundation Models, Multimodal Models, and Agentic AI Systems.
You will contribute to solving practical challenges involving warehouse robotics, intelligent automation, robotic perception, reasoning systems, AI-powered agents, and human-robot interaction.
