🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for contract and permanent positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with clients and internal teams
• Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiations, and onboarding activities
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Work on multiple IT requirements with quick turnaround time
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates

🛠 Required Skills:
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment
• Strong experience in sourcing IT professionals across technologies
• Hands-on experience with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
• Good understanding of technical skills and hiring processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Preferred Skills / Requirements:
• Experience handling both contract and permanent hiring
• Strong networking and candidate engagement abilities
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Immediate joiners highly preferred
