Business Analyst – DMS / SFA / CPG
Ivy Mobility is hiring an experienced Business Analyst specializing in Distribution Management Systems (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA), and CPG/FMCG business processes. The position requires 8–10 years of experience and is available across Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Gurugram. The successful candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, create BRDs/FRDs and user stories, map business processes, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and Agile/Scrum experience are required. Candidates should be capable of connecting business and technology while understanding sales and distribution operations within the consumer goods ecosystem.
