Engineering Manager – Backend Python/Django
MishiPay is hiring an Engineering Manager specializing in Backend Python/Django for its Bangalore team. The role requires 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of Engineering Management or People Management experience. Candidates should have strong hands-on Python and Django expertise, along with strong technical and architectural capabilities. Experience building products from scratch in a founding engineer or startup environment is required. Experience in Retail, POS, Payments, or FinTech is a strong advantage, and candidates with a 0–30 day notice period are preferred.
