🕒 SRE Operations Schedule: 24x5 with Bi-Weekly Shift Rotation
⏰ Shifts: 6:00 AM | 1:00 PM | 5:30 PM | 9:30 PM
📞 Weekend Support: On-Call

🔧 Role Overview:
You will act as the bridge between development and operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, reliability, and performance of production systems while driving automation and operational excellence.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Incident Management & Production Support
✔ Monitoring, Observability & Reliability Engineering
✔ Automation & Toil Reduction Initiatives
✔ Build Runbooks, Self-Healing Scripts & AI-Assisted Workflows
✔ Troubleshoot Application, Database & Infrastructure Issues
✔ Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering & Product Teams
✔ Support CI/CD Pipelines and Cloud Infrastructure

💻 Required Skills:
✔ Strong Experience in SRE / Application Support / Production Support
✔ Python or Bash Scripting
✔ Azure / AWS / GCP (Azure Preferred)
✔ Docker & Kubernetes
✔ Monitoring Tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, Splunk
✔ CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
✔ Distributed Systems & Microservices
✔ PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
✔ Troubleshooting & Incident Management

⭐ Good to Have:
✔ Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation)
✔ AI-Powered Automation / AIOps Exposure
✔ OpenAI / LLM API Integrations
✔ Experience in 24x7 High-Availability Environments
✔ AWS / Azure / GCP Certifications
