β Hands-on Experience in End-to-End Recruitment
β Strong Sourcing & Stakeholder Management Skills
β Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri & Other Hiring Platforms
β Strong Communication & Coordination Skills
πΌ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
β’ Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
β’ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
β’ Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
β’ Handle candidate communication and engagement professionally
β’ Utilize job portals and social platforms for effective sourcing
β’ Maintain recruitment reports and hiring databases
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill hiring requirements efficiently
