🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Engage with clients and qualify leads
✔ Gather and analyze business requirements
✔ Coordinate with sales teams for smooth lead handover
✔ Conduct demos and lead requirement discussions
✔ Prepare BRDs, proposals, estimates & documentation
✔ Maintain CRM (HubSpot) with accurate updates
✔ Track opportunities and share improvement insights
✔ Ensure excellent client experience throughout the cycle
✔ Support process improvements and target achievement
