The selected Clinical Pharmacologist will support clinical research, pharmacovigilance, and medication safety activities within the oncology healthcare environment. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Support clinical research and pharmacovigilance activities 
• Monitor adverse drug reactions and patient safety data 
• Maintain documentation related to clinical pharmacy services 
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals for medication management 
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital protocols 
• Assist in evidence-based medication review and patient counseling 
• Handle pharmacovigilance reporting and regulatory documentation 
• Support oncology-related clinical pharmacy operations 
• Maintain accurate hospital pharmacy and clinical records

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience 
• Experience in a 150-bedded NABH-accredited hospital preferred 
• Exposure to Clinical Research and Pharmacovigilance activities 
• Experience in oncology healthcare settings will be beneficial
