Alcon is hiring Apprentice – Product Support Engineering (PSE) professionals for its R&D division. This is a great opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in medical device product development, design control, and regulated environments.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Support Product Support Engineering (PSE) activities 
• Assist in engineering documentation & technical reports 
• Work on design control processes & risk documentation 
• Participate in ECO/ECN activities 
• Analyze field issues and manufacturing feedback 
• Review drawings, BOMs, and technical components 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams 
• Support product lifecycle and sustaining engineering 

🎯 Eligibility Criteria:
✔ BE/BTech (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering) 
✔ Final-year students or fresh graduates 
✔ Strong communication & documentation skills 
✔ Willingness to work in regulated environments 

💡 Preferred Skills:
✔ Knowledge of product development / quality systems 
✔ Basic Excel & PowerPoint skills 
✔ Interest in medical device R&D
