📍 Location: Gurgaon / Bangalore
💼 Job Type: Full-Time
🧑‍💼 Experience: 1+ Years
💰 Salary: ₹6 – 8 LPA (Estimated: ₹8 – ₹15 LPA based on experience & qualifications)
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s / Ph.D in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related fields

🔬 About the Role:

The Evidence Strategy team at Trinity supports pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies with:

✅ Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR)
✅ Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR)
✅ Targeted Literature Reviews (TLR)
✅ Evidence Synthesis
✅ Real-World Evidence (RWE) Generation
✅ Scientific Communication

📌 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Conduct systematic literature reviews using PRISMA methodologies
🔹 Perform literature searches across PubMed, Embase & databases
🔹 Develop search strategies & PICOS criteria
🔹 Screen, extract & synthesize clinical/scientific data
🔹 Prepare evidence summaries, reports & client presentations
🔹 Support HEOR and RWE studies
🔹 Collaborate with global pharma & biotech teams
🔹 Contribute to publications, abstracts, posters & manuscripts
🔹 Support proposal development for SLR/TLR projects
🔹 Deliver strategic recommendations for market access & evidence generation

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Experience with systematic literature review methodologies
✔ Knowledge of PRISMA guidelines & evidence synthesis
✔ Experience with EndNote, Zotero or reference management tools
✔ Strong analytical & critical thinking skills
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication
✔ Medical writing / publication support experience preferred
