✔ Knowledge of clinical trials and oral health research 
✔ Strong understanding of GCP guidelines and regulatory compliance 
✔ Experience in protocol writing and study execution 
✔ Clinical data management and reporting skills 
✔ Good communication and team collaboration 
✔ Facility management experience (preferred) 

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage in-house dental clinic operations 
✔ Support execution of oral health clinical trials 
✔ Monitor study progress and ensure protocol adherence 
✔ Draft clinical research protocols and documentation 
✔ Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards 
✔ Handle adverse event reporting and submissions 
✔ Maintain data integrity and prepare study reports 
✔ Train clinical staff and coordinate with external teams 

🎓 Required Qualifications:
✔ BDS or MDS (Dentistry) – Mandatory 
✔ Experience in clinical trials or oral health research
