🔹 Prepare MIS reports and maintain operational dashboards using Excel.

🔹 Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and merchant concerns.

🔹 Maintain accurate records of transactions and support activities.

🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.

🔹 Support day-to-day fintech operations while ensuring service quality standards.
