🔧 Key Skills Required:
✔ Strong experience in Delphi (Object Pascal) development
✔ Experience working on legacy systems
✔ Hands-on experience with Oracle Database
✔ Good understanding of OOP concepts
✔ Experience in upgrade and migration projects (Preferred)
✔ Exposure to .NET (Good to Have)
✔ Experience with third-party component integration
✔ Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps preferred)
✔ Knowledge of version control systems (Bitbucket/Git)
✔ Understanding of Agile/Scrum and Jira
✔ Strong communication and client interaction skills

🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Windows-based Delphi applications
• Work on legacy system enhancements and migration projects
• Perform database operations using Oracle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and enhancements
• Ensure code quality, application performance, and reliability
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery processes
• Support modernization and scalability initiatives for enterprise systems
