🧾 Job Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on AI leader to drive architecture, build scalable systems, and mentor high-performing teams in the evolving space of Agentic AI & LLMs.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture for multi-agent systems & LLM orchestration 
• Build scalable AI automation workflows 
• Define and manage agentic engineering stack (CI/CD, monitoring, deployment) 
• Mentor and guide senior engineers 
• Drive LLM evaluation, cost optimization & performance tuning 
• Collaborate with global teams on AI strategy 

🎯 Requirements:
✔ Strong Python & system design expertise 
✔ Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications at scale 
✔ Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / AutoGen / agent frameworks 
✔ Knowledge of Azure, MLOps & distributed systems 
✔ Proven leadership and mentoring experience 

💡 Nice to Have:
✔ Databricks / Unity Catalog / Genie 
✔ RAG, Vector Databases, Semantic Search 
✔ Media Tech / AdTech experience
