JOB OVERVIEW:
Pragmatic Techsoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and passionate Flutter Developer to join its growing technology team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, a solid understanding of mobile application architecture, API integrations, and modern software development practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter
• Build scalable and responsive cross-platform applications for Android and iOS
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and backend developers
• Participate in requirement gathering and technical discussions
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and efficient code
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services into mobile applications
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and responsiveness
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance best practices
• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
• Stay updated with emerging Flutter technologies and mobile development trends
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and product innovation

REQUIRED SKILLS:
✔ Strong hands-on experience with Flutter Framework
✔ Excellent knowledge of Dart Programming Language
✔ Experience building Android and iOS applications
✔ Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
✔ Experience integrating third-party libraries and SDKs
✔ Understanding of application lifecycle management
✔ Knowledge of mobile application architecture patterns
✔ Familiarity with Git and version control systems
✔ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
✔ Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
