🛠 Key Responsibilities:
Investigator Site Support:
• Communicate with investigator sites via email and portals
• Assist with login and access issues
• Escalate patient safety concerns
• Share specimen and policy updates

Administrative & Logistics:
• Prepare shipping documents and airway bills
• Track delivery issues and follow-ups
• Maintain investigator database records

Query Resolution:
• Handle project-related queries
• Resolve system hold issues
• Escalate complex concerns to global teams

Compliance & Documentation:
• Follow SOPs and company guidelines
• Maintain training and compliance records
• Track workflow and reporting data

Training & Development:
• Complete onboarding and training programs
• Participate in team learning sessions

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
• B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology)
• Freshers or 0–2 years experience
• Strong communication skills
• Basic understanding of clinical research
• MS Office knowledge
