Key Responsibilities:

✅ Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
✅ Manage employee master data, attendance records, and attrition reports.
✅ Create HR dashboards for manpower planning, hiring, payroll, and compliance.
✅ Track onboarding, exits, and employee lifecycle data.
✅ Coordinate with HRBP, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy.
✅ Perform data validation, reconciliation, and audit support activities.
✅ Support leadership teams with HR insights, reporting, and analytics.
✅ Ensure accuracy of employee records and compliance-related documentation.
✅ Generate workforce reports and assist in decision-making through data analysis.
✅ Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee information.
