📋 Detailed Job Description
The OpenShift AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing AI/ML platforms on Red Hat OpenShift AI environments. The role involves building scalable AI infrastructure, automating MLOps workflows, deploying Generative AI applications, and supporting enterprise AI initiatives.
The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, platform engineers, and application teams to build reliable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions while ensuring operational excellence, governance, and compliance across the platform.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
📍 4+ Years of Experience in OpenShift / Kubernetes Administration & Development
🤖 Hands-on Experience with Red Hat OpenShift AI (RHOAI)
🐳 Strong Knowledge of Docker, Containers & Kubernetes Operators
💻 Experience with Python, Shell Scripting & REST APIs
⚙ Experience with Kubeflow, MLflow, ArgoCD & Tekton
🧠 Experience in Generative AI & LLM Deployments
☁ Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP Cloud Platforms
🐧 Strong Linux Administration & Networking Skills

🔹 Collaborate with data scientists, platform engineers, and development teams.
🔹 Troubleshoot OpenShift cluster issues and AI workload challenges.
🔹 Ensure governance, compliance, security, and operational excellence.
