Thoughtworks is looking for highly skilled Senior AI Engineers who are passionate about building production-grade AI systems and next-generation intelligent applications. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of Software Engineering, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Engineering, and Cloud Technologies while collaborating with some of the industry's most experienced technologists.

As a Senior Consultant – AI Engineer, you will design, develop, deploy, and scale enterprise-grade AI applications using modern AI frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and cloud-native architectures. You will play a critical role in helping global organizations unlock business value through AI-powered digital transformation initiatives.
