✔ Strong Sourcing & Stakeholder Management Skills
✔ Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri & Other Hiring Platforms
✔ Strong Communication & Coordination Skills
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
• Handle candidate communication and engagement professionally
• Utilize job portals and social platforms for effective sourcing
• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring databases
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill hiring requirements efficiently
