🔧 What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Architect & develop scalable web applications using PHP & Laravel
✅ Build and maintain RESTful APIs & third-party integrations
✅ Optimize database performance (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
✅ Work with CakePHP & CodeIgniter on legacy systems
✅ Mentor junior developers & lead code reviews
✅ Participate in technical architecture & project estimations

🛠 Required Skills:
• 8+ years of PHP development experience
• 6+ years of hands-on Laravel expertise
• Strong knowledge of SOLID principles & Design Patterns
• Experience with Redis/Memcached, Git, REST APIs
• Strong backend architecture and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with scalable and high-performance applications

🎯 Preferred Skills / Requirements:
• Bonus: Docker, CI/CD, AWS, Microservices knowledge
• Experience handling enterprise-grade applications
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Ability to work independently in remote environments
