Head – HR
Biojobz is seeking a senior HR leader for a Head – HR position with a large, established healthcare/pharmaceutical organization in Gujarat. The role requires 18–25 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM in HR, which is mandatory. The selected professional will lead HR across manufacturing and plants, sales and commercial operations, and corporate functions. The position requires strong expertise in HR strategy, industrial relations, talent management, performance management, leadership development, compensation, HR governance, and HR transformation. Candidates should have experience managing 2,000+ employees, multi-location HR operations, and sizeable HR teams while partnering with MD/CEO and senior leadership.
