Position Details:
The Head – HR will be responsible for leading and driving the overall HR function of a large healthcare/pharmaceutical organization in Gujarat. The role requires a business-oriented HR leader capable of operating across manufacturing plants, sales and commercial functions, and corporate leadership.
The position will involve developing HR strategy, strengthening organization development, managing plant HR and industrial relations, supporting large field-force organizations, and building talent and leadership capabilities.
