iOPEX is looking to engage reputable manpower agencies and recruitment vendors that can provide high-quality talent profiles at competitive rates and deliver strong recruitment ROI. The requirement covers profiles including Renewals Lead, BDR Lead, German CSR, Inside Sales, HR Analytics, and Performance Excellence Leads and Managers across Renewals, BDR, and CSR functions. Vendors are expected to provide competitive commercial proposals and candidate profiles aligned with the required roles. Existing candidate availability is currently sufficient, but iOPEX is exploring vendors that can provide better profiles at more favorable rates.
