Manager – HR & PA
JBM Group is hiring a Manager – HR & PA for its manufacturing operations in Sanand, Ahmedabad. The position requires 12–16 years of experience and a regular MBA in HR or MSW qualification. The selected professional will manage end-to-end plant HR operations, manpower planning and budgeting, labor law compliance, training and development, performance management, and contractual manpower. Candidates should have strong experience in plant HR, employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance within a manufacturing environment.
