Karyarth is hiring an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a leading Digital Brand in Mumbai. The role requires strong HRBP experience in a high-volume BPO or contact centre environment, with mandatory experience managing a workforce of 1,000+ employees. The successful candidate should have strong employee engagement and grievance-handling capabilities along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. The position requires the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The offered CTC is up to ₹14 LPA.
