💼 Position: Customer Support Associate – Email Process
🕒 Shift: Day Shift
👩 Female Candidates: Any 10 Hours between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
👨 Male Candidates: Any 10 Hours between 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
📅 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs
🎯 Experience: Minimum 1 Year Experience in Banking Customer Service Email Process

As a Customer Support Associate – Email Process, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints through email channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution. You will manage customer escalations related to banking services and CIBIL issues while maintaining service quality standards and customer satisfaction.
