🎯 Key Responsibilities
- ✓ Conduct comprehensive insurance claims investigations across Health, Own Damage (OD), and Third-Party (TP) claim segments.
- ✓ Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and maintain strong police liaison activities.
- ✓ Perform field investigations, evidence gathering, and verification activities.
- ✓ Carry out spot inspections and hospital verification as required.
- ✓ Prepare detailed investigation reports and recommend claim decisions based on findings.
- ✓ Coordinate with legal teams and other stakeholders for fraud detection and claim resolution.
- ✓ Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
