Skywaves is seeking experienced Senior .NET Developers for a client opportunity in Sandton, Johannesburg. The selected candidate will work from the client office five days a week and contribute to software development involving Microsoft .NET, Azure cloud services, DevOps, containers, and modern frontend technologies.
Candidates should have 6–7+ years of .NET development experience and strong proficiency in C#. The role requires hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Container Apps, Azure AD Managed Identities, and Azure Key Vault.
Strong Infrastructure as Code experience using ARM, Terraform, or Bicep is required, together with Azure DevOps Pipelines and Docker/container technologies. Experience with Angular or React is mandatory.
Additional experience with HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, AngularJS, Angular.io, event-driven development, and Microsoft SQL Server will be advantageous.
