Requirements:
✔️ 1–4 Years of experience in IT Desktop Support.
✔️ Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
✔️ Experience supporting Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) environments.
✔️ Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
✔️ Experience with CCTV and biometric systems is preferred.
