🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Review requirements, design documents, and test procedures
• Write and execute test cases with strong coverage
• Perform functional, regression, and cross-browser testing
• Investigate customer issues and identify root causes
• Analyze defect trends to prevent future issues
• Work with JIRA, Confluence, and CI tools

🛠 Required Skills:
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and Agile/Scrum processes
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript scripting
• Exposure to web automation tools and frameworks
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

🎯 Preferred Skills / Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment
• Strong analytical and debugging skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences
• Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 30 days preferred
