Position Details:
The L1 IT Support / Hardware Engineer will provide first-level technical assistance to users and help resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues. The role involves troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, Windows operating systems, and basic LAN, Wi-Fi, and Internet connectivity problems.
The engineer will also manage support tickets, follow defined SLA/TAT requirements, document troubleshooting activities, and escalate complex issues to L2 or the appropriate technical team.
