Position Details:
CALTEK is seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead / Helio Assure Consultant to lead automation initiatives and improve the effectiveness of existing testing processes and frameworks.
The role involves evaluating current QA processes, defining an automation strategy and roadmap, and establishing an implementation approach aligned with project requirements. The selected professional will also configure and customize Helio Assure and identify suitable test cases and business processes for automation.
The position requires the candidate to establish coding standards, reusable automation components, testing practices, reporting mechanisms, governance processes, and quality metrics. The candidate will also train and mentor QA and business teams on automation practices.
