The Cluster HR Business Partner will partner with store and cluster leadership to implement HR initiatives that support retail operations and workforce effectiveness.
The position involves managing the employee lifecycle across assigned stores, including workforce planning, staffing, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, development, and HR compliance.
The HRBP will act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders while ensuring HR policies and employment requirements are followed across the assigned retail locations.
